Group Rates:
- $400 regular group rate grants access to a single specified short course for up to 10 attendees withing the same affiliation. For the same 10 attendees, each additional course is $200.
- $200 student group rate grants access to a single specified short course for up to 10 student attendees withing the same affiliation. For the same 10 student attendees, each additional course is $100.
Authors
Presenting authors should register online by AUGUST 7, 2020. Please let us know if there will be a delay in registration. At least one author per paper will need to register.
Virtual Group Registration
If you have 3 participants from the same organization completing a paid registration for IUS 2020, you can receive up to 7 complimentary registrations for colleagues within the same organization. *Email domain MUST be the same. This is for virtual registrations only.
Please contact [email protected] once 3 participants have completed their registration, and we will provide discount codes for the remaining attendees - you will need to provide their email addresses.
*Please note: All oral/poster presentations will still need a PAID registration associated with the presenting author.
The 3 paid registrations must be same type, and they will cover 7 complimentary registrations of equal or less value. Ex: 3 Full registrations will cover up to 7 student or full registrations. 3 Student registrations will cover up to 7 complimentary student registrations.
Bank Transfers
If you need to register via bank transfer, please complete the attached registration form. The deadline to register via bank transfer is August 24, 2020.
Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to Brianna Orr. A refund less a $50 administration fee, will be provided for cancellations received on or before Friday, August 28, 2020. No refunds will be made after this date.
